• Page access tokens or system user tokens
• Page ID
• Page name
• Permission to send and receive messages via Facebook Messenger

We do not collect:

• Personal Facebook profile information unrelated to messaging
• Private data from your personal account
• Data from your friends or contacts

2. How We Use Your Information

The credentials and permissions granted through the App are used solely for:

• Sending messages from your Facebook Page to your customers through our SaaS
• Receiving and processing messages sent to your Facebook Page
• Maintaining connection status so messaging continues to function

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data, including:

• Secure storage and encryption of access tokens
• Limited access controls for authorized personnel only
• Regular security monitoring and credential refresh procedures

If access tokens are revoked or you disconnect the App, message functionality will immediately stop, and stored tokens will be removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share or disclose information only in the following circumstances:

• With Facebook/Meta, as required by their APIs and platform policies
• If required by law, such as to comply with legal requests
• To service providers who operate our infrastructure, under confidentiality obligations

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Once disconnected, no further messages will be sent or received through the App.

Data Retention

We retain access tokens and related credential data only for as long as the Facebook Page remains connected to our Service, or until you request deletion, after which the data will be securely deleted within 30 days.
